Anxiety disorders and mood disorders are my primary focus of expertise as well as dealing with psychological trauma. I follow a Trauma-Informed practice and continue updating my knowledge my following trainings in clinical trauma both in Cyprus and the US. 

My focus is establishing a good therapeutic alliance with my clients and explore the issues that trouble them from mostly a philosophical perspective of the existential school of thought. Even though being trained as a clinical psychologist, hanging with ease diagnostical labels does describe the way I work as a professional. For me, a human being is a person who is puzzled by the challenges of human existence and struggles everyday to remain sane and productive.
